Esta funcionalidade foi poss\u00edvel devido a uma nova configura\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema. Incentivamos os nossos Clientes a solicitar-nos esta nova configura\u00e7\u00e3o, para que todos os documentos sejam enviados por e-mail com seguran\u00e7a, evitando que sejam enviados para o SPAM ou at\u00e9 mesmo banidas automaticamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nova configura\u00e7\u00e3o al\u00e9m de ser muito mais fi\u00e1vel, prepara automaticamente a mensagem de correio e anexa o documento. O WEBGESCOM tamb\u00e9m armazena o endere\u00e7o de e-mail e ap\u00f3s o primeiro envio o programa associa automaticamente o endere\u00e7o para os envios futuros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, pode ainda consultar o estado das mensagens enviadas. No ecr\u00e3 Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o registo de e-mail, para ver o hist\u00f3rico de envios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta nova funcionalidade n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser executada se o utilizador n\u00e3o tiver um endere\u00e7o de correio eletr\u00f3nico validado. Ao abrir o programa WEBGESCOM ter\u00e1 essa confirma\u00e7\u00e3o. Caso a mensagem de endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f3nico surja como n\u00e3o configurado, ou por valdar,  por favor siga as instru\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta configura\u00e7\u00e3o de e-mail \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para permitir ao seu destinat\u00e1rio identificar mais facilmente o remetente da mensagem e para que lhe d\u00ea a devida import\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O nosso objetivo e facilitar os Processos no WEBGESCOM!
